Longleaf Lots

Longleaf is a close-knit community with nature as its neighbor. These charming homes are built to the environmentally friendly EarthCraft™ certification requirements. The craftsman style of the homes blends perfectly with their natural surroundings. Residents
can enjoy a beautiful pool, clubhouse, playground, and private post office. Current homes range in size from 1,500 to well over 3,000 square feet. In addition to resales, there are several lots still available.

As part of that land use, the first homes in our community date back to 2003, when the dream of living within the gardens became a reality. The post office, the library, and the meeting area were originally the Callaway sales office. The land on which the community sits was an experimental nursery for the gardens for over 26 years. Many of the trees within our community date back to when this area was used to determine how the environment and the weather would affect certain tree growth. Today, some of our most beautiful trees are products of that era.
